WHAT IS A MINI-SPLIT?

Mini-splits are basically a heat pump with inverter technology. This always the units to use less energy than a conventional central air unit.

WHY WOULD THIS BENEFIT MY HOME?

It’s the most effective way to heat and cool your home using the least amount of energy. With a simple, minimally invasive installation, having a mini-split could benefit the temperature comfortability of your home ten-fold.

HOW MUCH ENERGY DOES IT USE?

Using about 50% less power than a central air unit. The 1 - Ton 12,000 BTU unit operate on either ( 110v / 220v ) Costing about $2.00 a day to operate.

HOW EASY IS IT TO INSTALL? 

They are best suited with rooms that have an exterior wall. Since the interior unit is connected to the compressor (outside unit) with 2 copper refrigerant lines, a communication cord and a condensation line that runs outside. 

HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?

Since we are an exclusive Mirage dealer we are able to provide a very competitive price on these awesome units, from 3/4 - 3 ton or 9,000 to 36,000 BTU’s. For the price, they can compete with LG, Mitsubishi and Dikan.  We have installed over 400 units in rental properties in Puerto Penasco, Mexico and have not had a single compressor failure in over 7 yrs.
With a 6 yr. compressor and 2 yr. parts warranty and backed by a company that has been in business for 25 yrs.
