WHAT IS A MINI SPLIT?
Mini-splits are basically a heat pump with inverter technology. This always the units to use less energy than a conventional central air unit. Our authorized dealer is Mirage.
WHY WOULD THIS BENEFIT MY HOME?
These systems are more efficient and use less energy. You have greater temperature control using it’s controls + features, and it will greatly benefit the comfortability of your home.
HOW MUCH ENERGY DOES IT USE?
Using about 50% less power than a central air unit. The 1 - Ton 12,000 BTU unit operate on either ( 110v / 220v ) Costing about $2.00 a day to operate.
HOW EASY ARE THEY TO INSTALL?
They are best suited with rooms that have an exterior wall. Since the interior unit is connected to the compressor (outside unit) with 2 copper refrigerant lines, a communication cord and a condensation line that runs outside.
However the warranty is void if not installed by a licensed contractor.
HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?
Since we are an exclusive Mirage dealer we are able to provide a very competitive price on these awesome units, from 3/4 - 3 ton or 9,000 to 36,000 BTU’s. For the price, they can compete with LG, Mitsubishi and Daikin. We have installed over 400 units in rental properties in Puerto Penasco, Mexico and have not had a single compressor failure in over 7 years.
With a 6 yr. compressor and 2 yr. parts warranty and backed by a company that has been in business for 25 years.
